How to use Call Forwarding

Effective June 2012, the Advanced Call Forwarding feature was discontinued.

  • The feature cannot be added to any account
  • If you have the feature and decide to remove it from your account, it cannot be reprovisioned
  • The feature may still be used if it was added prior to June, 2012 and remains on an active account
