Audio codec for Linksys G Camera and playback of video clips with audio

Some TELUS HomeSitter customers may find they receive an error message when trying to play back video clips that they have captured when using the Wireless-G camera with audio enabled. To resolve the error, you can follow the links that appear on your screen or you can download the zip file which includes the missing codec that is likely the root cause of your problem.
