How to report spam

If you are receiving spam e-mail that TELUS Spam Control is not identifying (tagging or deleting) as spam, please let us know so we can help ensure this does not reoccur. You can also let us know if Spam Control is improperly identifying your legitimate e-mail as spam.

Simply forward the original e-mail as described below within 24 hours of receiving it. This allows us to analyze the e-mail, and if required, modify the Spam Control detection rules.
